Hello there everyone and welcome to my first blog post on PREDICAMENTS OF A FASHION LOVER!
I've been debating on whether to start a blog or not for some time now, I do read and follow many blogs; my favourite to be ICovetThee and EssieButton. I also have a tendency to buy far too many magazines in a month (the debate between Vogue and Elle for me is too much) as well as watching vlogs on Youtube. It's kinda like a fashion/beauty addiction. You can never read or watch enough!
I thought I'd give an idea of myself, as well as what I'll be posting in the future/what this blog will be about.
My name is Louise Nicole, though my family seem quite determined to call my Louise Coley or even just Coley/Lou. There is no proper name for me, only nicknames, which I'll take as a trait of affection. I'm 17 years old, though I swear I don't look it!?
And live in a small rainy town in the East of Scotland where the nearest Mac store is Edinburgh or Glasgow (cue sympathetic tears). I've been interested in fashion for some time now, around 2/3 years when my older cousin introduced me to Chanel clothing via Vogue. I've never really gotten rid of the fashion loving bug since. The obsession with KarlLagerfeld has only grown, I can tell you.
The love for products has only fully blossomed since last October where on my departure from Marbella, I saw my first fully stocked MAC counter. That itself started a love for high-end beauty and products.
In this blog, I'd love to post pieces on fashion, beauty, places I've visited and will visit as well as any other thoughts that come to me during the posting of this blog. there are a lot of fashion/beauty related blogs out there, which made me nervous to start my own, how could I compete!? But then I realised a blog is for something you'd enjoy and since I've had a long interest in these aspects I decided to give it a shot!
