Burberry S/S'14

Burberry showcased their A/W'14 style at London Fashion week and have every viewer drooling over their upcoming designs. But what about S/S'14? What kind of look are Burberry going for?

The British fashion brand has been unstoppable since the launch of their iconic trench coats and it appears they are going from strength to strength. Their S/S'14 line couldn't be more beautiful nor anymore on point.

The pastel shades are soft and wearable, highlighting the beauty of sweet tones and their workability. The pink coat doesn't seem to be leaving, as even men are being given the seal of approval in the colour.

The lace skirts with matching underwear are astounding without being undignified or shocking. There's something open about Burberry's designs, a comfort, an elegance. They still keep in the tradition of pastel colours for spring but give them a 21st century edge with the lace dress and skirts while giving similar toned jackets to cover and keep warm. The warm pink heels give a scream of colour contrast to give Burberry's signature style.  The hint of that yes, this is Burberry.

In the upcoming season of sunny weather(let's hope) I can't help but give in to Burberry's warming hues and simple looks. The colours combine and the hint of blue and green pastel being the new jacket staple colour, is something I'm unable to tear my eyes away from.

This is Burberry. And they couldn't have grasped the essence of spring anymore than this campaign.

I take my hat off you Burberry.
