So I cut my hair off and ran away to London again.
This time, I went with two of my flatmates to discover the sunnier side of London and get lost in the most beautiful way. Tube riding, sight seeing, people watching and getting sidetracked by Chelsea's farmers market all occurred and I couldn't feel more refreshed after that mini break.
We somehow ended up by the Natural History Museum. I'd never been and with two science babes with me, we explored Darwin's section with vigour. But not before having lunch outside and Ellie taking the role of photographer for me. This was my first time posing in public and took a bit of courage building but I did it. Must admit I'm pretty proud of myself, I even ended up drunk with happiness for doing it that there's a few funny out-takes of me jumping about.
For walking around London I went for comfort first, hence the Toms and kept my black love strong with these Urban Outfitters Culottes. Being Scottish and knowing how quickly the weather changes I brought a coat along, which gave the outfit a more spring feel and look.
While writing this up I couldn't help but smile at a few things.
-You never know the people who can come into your life and make you stronger.
-You'll learn more of people from different places than your own town or country.
- And finally, introducing someone to London rocks. Probably to do with the fact I am utterly infatuated with this city but I'm now also infatuated with the English countryside and the beautiful little towns.
Wishing you a wicked weekend,
